Who is it for? [U+] upper-middle management with high potential

Overview: Those programmes are designed to help people succeed when they are promoted to a first significant leadership role. In Portugal, these programmes are used less frequently than in others countries, probably due to the high cost of investing in younger people who have not yet shown proof of their potential. Some companies in Portugal have used this programme for people with 4-5 years in a functional entry-level management role with limited probability of immediate advancement towards a broader general management role.
