Aims: The program attempts to create a “scenario” that reflects the reality of today’s business problems as closely as possible, such that participants can work on them in an integral, objective and exhaustive manner, discussing them with other professionals having similar and varied experience. The program is particularly geared toward professionals who may have mastered a specific functional or technical area, and are ready to move up to a position of greater responsibility within their organizations. You will develop the leadership and negotiation capabilities required to be an effective manager in today’s global work environment. The program structure is a unique combination of four 1-week residential modules, two held in Madrid, one in Barcelona and one in New York.
