Aims: Recognizing organizations’ need to enhance their leadership development efforts, the program nurtures up-and-coming managers who will eventually drive their company’s bottom line. Participants: [A / B+] The Program is designed specifically for managers and functional specialists who have approximately 10 years of work experience and are considered to be outstanding prospects for leadership within their organizations. The goal is to assemble a group of participants that represents diverse business functions, companies, industries, and countries. Duration: 4 weeks modular; module 1 = 11 weeks off-campus; module 2 = 2 weeks on-campus; module 3 = 11 weeks off-campus; module 4 = 2 weeks on-campus
Frequency: once a year
Next session: (module 1 off-campus = July 25–October 1, 2011 & module 2 on-campus = October 2–15, 2011; module 3 off-campus = October 16, 2011 – January 14, 2012 & module 4 on-campus = January 15–28, 2012).
