Aims: The programme is designed around three interwoven themes, each of which has been identified as of critical importance to those in leadership positions in their organisations – Strategy, Leadership and Transformation. This general management programme is intended for high-calibre executives who want an intensive, general management experience to invigorate their ability to lead, inspire and transform their organisations.
Participants: [T / F] Participants typically bring more than fifteen years of relevant management expertise and have responsibility for determining the future direction of their organisation, managing complexity, transforming their organisations and inspiring the individuals with
whom they work. Participants from public and non-profit organisations, in addition to commercial entities, create a balanced, thought-provoking experience.
Duration: 4 weeks (modular: 2 weeks + 2 weeks // running)
Frequency: twice a year
Next session: (module 1 = February 27 – March 11, 2011 & module 2 = May 8 – May 20, 2011); Further session: June 5 – July 1, 2011.
Fees: GBP 22,250 (+/- EUR 26,250); with accommodation included the cost is GBP 24,950 (+/- EUR 29,400).
