Aims: Designed to create outstanding business leaders, the programme helps participants master new skills, manage across functional and organizational borders, explore diverse perspectives, and develop more effective leadership skills. The result is a personal transformation that serves both the individual and the sponsoring organization. Early career success often comes through specialization in a single functional domain, but further advancement frequently requires the development of a more general set of skills and a more comprehensive, multi-functional perspective. GMP’s goal is to smooth and accelerate this difficult and risky transition for senior leaders.
Participants: [T / F] This program is designed primarily for executives with recently acquired or significantly expanded general management responsibilities, and for senior functional managers who need a broader perspective on company operations or who will soon become business-unit, division, or regional leaders. Participants typically have 15 to 20 years of work experience
