Aims: the programme is a dynamic and high-calibre general management program, geared towards helping senior executives attain new levels of success in managing and leading their firms. In view of participants’ busy schedules and intense professional demands, the program has been designed to minimize the time spent out of the office. At the same time, a compelling academic curriculum ensures that the most pressing issues facing top management today are fully covered. The program structure is a unique combination of four 1-week residential modules held in Barcelona, linked with a web community that ensures that participants and faculty stay in regular contact. All participants are assigned a faculty “coach”, whose objective is to help assess individual progress and stimulate deeper reflection. Throughout the program, the participants will work on their own take-home agendas and action plans for themselves and their companies.
Participants: [T /; F] Participants will typically be top-tier management or company owners and have at least 15 years of senior managerial experience.
Duration: 4 weeks, modular; four residential modules distributed over a period of six months
